Plan Design: This week will be much the same with a renewed focus on keeping up the pace and working out on a regular basis. It will once again plan to make it up to the boxing gym. It continues to slowly decrease the diet miss target and is making incremental improvements. It will be growing the JBTP and fulfilling its responsibilities to Master Tim as trainer for the program.

Plan completion statement by slave:
It definitely felt this was an improvement over last week SIR. it felt much strong during workouts, and is already learning a lot by going back into the boxing gym SIR. Trainer is very thankful for the ongoing training. In addition, it is starting to get the hang of running the JBTP for You SIR, and it seems that things are running smoothly. It envisions more audience participation and is considering the migration of the alphajockboytrainer channel from kik to telegram. Telegram has a greatly improved set of API integrations, and trainer feels that it could improve the audience participation in this way.

Request: Per 3.2.2 control, does slave have permission to budget $0-25 towards possessions for its performance this period? In addition, does slave have permission to deposit the $4 bonus for remaining in chastity for 4 days past the 30 day 3.5.4 commitment SIR? Plan Design: This week it will continue to progress it has made in the program. It will remain focused on diet tracking and workout planning and tracking. It will continue to register its meals as either HIT or MISS and it will register workout tasks as HIT or MISS. Trainer will be introducing workout uniforms going forward, and it has been instructed to create a minimum of three uniforms to be assigned for future workouts. The uniforms it creates will be reviewed and approved. It will also be drafting a blog entry to ellaborate on its chastity challenges and to document next steps in its chastity journey.

Plan completion statement by trainer: Trainer generally has the same comments as last week. GRIT. This boy is exercising grit and making changes on the fly to remain successful. It has the reciepe and the determination. It is being disciplined and staying the course. It continues to deliver strong results. The next few weeks are going to be hard. Life gets busy! It should consider carefully what it lets slip. Investments in itself pay dividends unmatched by any market performance. Keep up the effort.

Plan completion compliance statement by jock boy bottom: On a scale from 1 to 10, how does it feel it performed towards its defined and approved training plan this week? jbb rating: 6

SIR Tim, trainer: Jock boy bottom is learning to listen to its body, and despite all of its changes in planned routines, it did well in being solution-oriented and positive in making changes, and in some cases of HIT exercises, it was able to exceed its plans. It was also able to do some Sweat Equity and to help encourage others in the program and that might apply to the program. In all these ways, it feels it grew and achieved this week.

However, it needs to improve its cheat meals. Twice it had McDonald's as a cheat meal; both times its body hated that. It would like to make better choices moving forward, IF it is going to cheat. Also, given that this diet is mostly keto, it is slowing down its process to lose fat by cheating (especially with extra carbs and fats)! It needs to be more disciplined and focused moving forward. Its results in next week's numbers won't be as strong as they should be because of this week's diet choices, for which it apologizes.

It is particularly excited to see regular improvement in its running, but it also looks forward to learning from triainer of other suggestions it has for helping this jock boy achieve more quickly more results for SIR Tim.

It modified Saturday to a rest day as well, as per doc's orders. Thanks, trainer, for the flexibility.
It stayed the course and exercised grit. Even the changes were managed well. One day was flipped to rest to allow for proper healing. That's why it shows 60 planned tasks but 48 completed. The jock boy is gaining strength and listening to its body.

Plan Design: This will be the first full week for jbs. For this week, it will follow through on the workout plan that it designed and was approved by trainer. It will learn to track the workouts, to input actuals, and to mark them as HIT or MISS. It will continue to report cheat meals. The number of hours it is to remain locked in chastity will increase. It will also be required to analyze other fit men and elaborate on its goals. After the successful completion of this week, it will receive a public profile on the jockboydiary.blogspot.com website.

Plan completion statement by trainer: A jock boy is generally going to be hard on itself, and that comes with the territory of self-improvement. A jock boy must push itself to constantly do better. Jbs is doing just that, and trainer is pleased that it is making adjustments, tweaking weight and reps, and doing all the things it needs to become familiar with. This will become much more second nature eventually. Trainer also saw improvement in its discipline this week -- it was generally pretty timely with its tasks and the like. It needs to make sure it is keeping its workouts up to date daily. It should input results and mark a workout as complete just as soon as it can. Stay the course..... this jock boy is going places.

SIR Tim, trainer:
This was its first full week, and it was tough. It thinks the main problem in its performance is that it had to adjust the weight and repetitions, so it thinks it did not adequately meet the planned goals; although it was compensated by increasing the number of repetitions, which it consider to be an advance.
